Refund policy

We want you to be 💯 satisfied with your purchase. If any issue should arise, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with the following issues: 

  • Damaged/broken/defective item in your order*
  • Incorrect item was received*
  • Incorrect quantities of item was received*
  • Order not received**

*Photos of damaged/incorrect slimes may be requested.

**You may be asked to sign a "Claim Statement" form to verify your claim. If a package is returned to sender or mis-sent due to an error in the shipping address entered at checkout or due to a refused package, you may not be eligible for a refund.

We are not responsible for customer error when handling slime, the addition of other ingredients (i.e. slime activator), or incorrect/incomplete entry of information during checkout. Refunds cannot be issued on claims for orders past 14 days.

** Slime Party Booking Deposits ($50) are non-refundable**
