We’re so excited to ship slime happiness your way! Please read the information below so you know exactly what to expect.

Processing Time

All slime orders are made fresh to order.

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During busy seasons (holidays, promotions, or market weeks), processing may take slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait!

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as Canada Post and other courier services to ensure your slime arrives safely.

Tracking information will be emailed once your package is on its way.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Silly Squish Slime is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier.

That said — if something seems off, reach out! We’re always happy to help you look into it.

Slime & Weather Disclaimer

Extreme temperatures may affect slime texture during shipping.

  • If slime arrives stiff due to cold, simply allow it to warm to room temperature and give it a good stretch.

  • If slime arrives sticky due to heat, activate it with the included activator (or a small amount of contact lens solution).
